I will share my three step process that will help you to loose that extra weight.
STEP 1: Watch what you eat Well its straight forward, you want to loose weight then watch what you eat. Make sure your diet is a well-balanced diet and contains the most important nutrients that your body needs. I know we get tempted to eat what pleases our eyes, but sometimes, you have to eat what pleases your body and soul. AVOID JUNK FOOD
STEP 2: Exercise
Yes, that’s right! Exercise will help. You don’t have to join a gym membership to exercise. All you need to do is figure out the time and do what fits your circumstance. Take a WALK, sit and stand next to your desk, climb up the stairs etc. Work your body to help your body release excess fat or burn calories.
STEP 3: Diet Supplements / herbal tea/ green tea
